We will not request that customers provide us with unnecessary full bank card details or security credentials for payment accounts.

If the Client needs to cancel or adjust confirmed training arrangements, they should contact us as soon as possible.

For services that have already commenced, the Client may be liable for reasonable service fees already incurred.

If we are unable to provide services as originally planned due to unforeseen or reasonable causes, we will communicate with the Client where appropriate and arrange reasonable alternatives whenever possible.
